1. Overview

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains your rights when you cancel a Formclick subscription, request a refund, or downgrade your plan. FORMTOOLIFY INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "Formclick") operates the Formclick service at formclick.io. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. Your forms and data remain accessible on the Free plan within its limits.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation, unless you choose to resubscribe.

3. No Refunds for Partial Periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription months or years. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Monthly plans: access continues until the last day of the current calendar month billing period.
• Annual plans: access continues until the last day of the 12-month billing period.

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same subscription period. We will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.
• Billing error: a technical error caused an incorrect charge. Contact us within 14 days of the charge date with supporting details.
• Service unavailability: documented downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours in any single billing period. Refund or credit is at our discretion and limited to the proportional value of the outage period.
• Mistaken annual upgrade: if you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of monthly within 48 hours of the transaction, contact us and we will evaluate a refund to the monthly rate.

To request an exception, email support@formclick.io with your account email, transaction ID, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Starter Plan (Special Pricing)

The Starter plan is offered at special pricing (₹1,999/year) for students, budding startups, and non-profits. Due to its heavily discounted nature, Starter plan subscriptions are non-refundable once the plan is activated. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal but no refund is issued for the current annual period.

6. Automatic Renewals

All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before the renewal date for annual plans, and at least 3 days before for monthly plans. To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your account settings.

• Monthly plans renew every month on the same day you first subscribed.
• Annual plans renew every 12 months on the same day you first subscribed.
• If a renewal charge fails, we will retry for up to 7 days before suspending your account.

7. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades (e.g. Free → Pro, Pro → Agency): take effect immediately. The price difference is charged on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the billing period.
• Downgrades (e.g. Agency → Pro): take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the difference.
• Switching from monthly to annual: the annual plan begins immediately; the unused portion of the monthly period is forfeited (no credit).

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued in INR (Indian Rupees).
